OK so that’s the end of our 13th!!!!! season. A wonderful winter with many guests (more like friends now) returning for the umpteenth time – thank you. As far as the recipes are concerned, thank you all very much we raised just short of 200€ this year which will go to our charity “Chacun son Everest” And lastly thank you to Wally and Jim without whom … well I cannot thank them enough. And on a extra positive note we are already 50% booked for next winter! Wow! And now we wait for the summer opening of the pool complex…………………been announced for the 19th June, watch this space.

The first real snow of the winter fell last night, down to 800m – well below the level of the resort. In the village we had about 10 cm. Lots more high up on the slopes. Whilst the snow in the town will not last, high up the snow will make a good base for the winter.
We have 2 suites currently available for Xmas week for those wanting to grab the first week of what is clearly going to be a great season.
The new open-air winter pool and spa complex opens this winter. Apart from the pool there are saunas, Turkish steam baths, a relaxation area, plus fitness and gym areas. Prices are very reasonable; the pool is 7€ for children and 9 € for adults, and for adults wanting the pool and sauna it is only 12€. Full prices can be found following this link: Spa and Pool Prices
As the main pool has been out of action, Les Carroz have created the “Carroz Plage” – bouncy castles, water slides, mini golf, trampolines and sun terraces, really great job. The new pool and spa continues to grow and is still on schedule for opening this winter.
The tree-top adventure park is nearly finished. It is situated behind the tennis courts, 5 minutes walk from the centre of the village. It will be finished by the end of June – definitely, as you can see from the latest photos!
